It is just more convenient to have the song title in a language you can read and understand. Then you can recognize what song is what. If it is not in English or romaji, the song title can not be read or pronounced. I don't see how that is offensive.
For me personally, English titles make Jpop easier for me but it is okay if the title is in Japanese as well.
