well, I totally agree with Chibi-Chan here.
I can understand that most of us cannot read song titles if they are written in hiragana/katakana, but we are listening to Japanese music so it is completely natural that they are releasing songs with JAPANESE titles!
It just takes a few minutes and a little effort to change titles of these songs in your iPod to romaji (道 - Michi; 俺の彼女 - Ore no Kanojo etc.), but expecting Japanese artists to be releasing songs with English titles is just ... stupid (sorry for that expression). Then we should ask all artists in the whole world to be only releasing songs with English titles (Chinese, Koreans, Russians, Polish), because what´s the difference?
It is really egoistic to expect everything should be "westernised" instead of making a little effort and if having a trouble reading hiragana/kanji characters then change titles to romaji by myself so I have no trouble to read those titles and distinguish songs from each other.
Like I said, I can totally understand that someone might have trouble recognise songs with Japanese titles, but for me it is really dull to say something like this "I couldn't get into Maki Goto newer releases because almost all titles were in hiragana/kanji" .. really?? You cannot enjoy listening to some artist´s music because some song titles are in the native language of the artist? And what does music have to do with song title? Music is not about that at all! You can listen a song not knowing its title and still like it.
