Errr, saying I didn't think she's not as passionate about music in general as some other artists and therefore it makes sense that she would want to retire is not unkind at all. I'm simply stating an opinion based on information we have gotten from the artists themselves (Namie has always said she will retire one day, Ayu has always said her life would lose meaning without music).
And I'm a humongous Namie fan, so there were certainly no mean intentions with simply stating that.
