I've been trying to order the fanspace version (I am member) but mu-mo is giving me an error about the Kanji name field. I don't have a kanji name, but even if I try with someone else I still get this message: 商品に印字するお名前に利用できない文字が含まれています。(something about the characters I used being invalid for printing on the packaging? My Japanese isn't totally up to scratch) Is there a special way to do it or is there no way if you have an English name? I emailed Mu-mo but it will probably be a while until they respond. Any help would be much appreciated
