@ Baco__ - I don't think tickets are transferable and let alone Namie's concert tickets are digital & not a physical ticket
Also not necessary you have to ballot for the maximum no. of tickets . You can ballot only for 1 ticket & your chances might be higher , you never know
The 2nd time I went back Japan to watch a countdown live concert in Yokohama , I balloted for 1 ticket via the fanclub (cos my friends are also in the fanclub & I flew back to Tokyo on my own . Maximum no. of tickets each fanclub members could ballot was 4) and my balloting was successful
Namie's upcoming Dome tour , probably only each person can ballot for 2 tickets & not 4 (be it if you're in the fanclub or not) seeing that demand will be super duper high
