For this I don't know , you have to check as each artiste's fanclub ticket balloting system has different terms and conditions
End of the day it really depends on your luck , be it if you're in Namie's fanclub or not
Some artistes' fanclub limit to how many concert dates can be balloted per fanclub member , I'm not sure for Namie's
Reason why fans join a fanclub is to have better luck in trying to get tickets via balloting but it doesn't mean your balloting will be successful
But assuming if Namie will be performing at all the 5 Domes again , I think chances of getting tickets to see her perform at Sapporo and/or Fukuoka Domes will be a bit better because you have to take a domestic flight to both prefectures if you plan to base yourself in Tokyo
The other 3 Domes will be extremely difficult , let alone Tokyo Dome cos everyone all wants to go Tokyo lol
However with this being Namie's last tour , I really don't know how things will go
