Yes, the sales aren't as high anymore but my point it is that they will never be and you probably have to stop to compare it to the past. It is not like all music will suddenly be gone. I don't see why you feel sad for a music market that still shifts so much music.

And I say it again. She had a fucking sold out tour with 88 dates and you call that: "oh, the general public lost all interest" - yeah, right... but oh well, believe in what you wanna believe. I'm happy as long as I get new music from my fav artist every now and then.
No, I didn't say the music market is not existent anymore. You're just somehow reading it like that.
Well, and I didn't say the public lost all interest in Namie. Never did. Or in music. Just in how the maket currently works. For sales! Not tours or popularity
And what's best to compare than the own progression of a market? Why are the charts e.g. just partly a sign of what is popular e.g. (see AKB)?
Nobody can say, how it's going to be in the future. But it's interesting to note, how it is changing. Important to observe. And for me personally it's sad, how it is right now.
I don't understand, why you're so mad about it.
You clearly just feel different about it. I just don't want you to lay words in my mouth I never said.
