They're completely separate! So winners of the fanspace lottery will only be fanspace members. And winners of the CD Code lottery will be... basically anyone who bought the album lool.
That means fanspace members
do have an extra chance if they lose the fanspace lottery, since they can just apply again through the CD Code lottery.
If you don't mind spending the money to join fanspace, then why not!
