Kira already released the song some time ago.
So Kuu can't anymore, unless it's a cover, which I doubt she will do.

Guess it's the same case as with Black Make up.
Kuu got it first, but didn't want it in the end, so it went to another artist.
Or she does prepare another cover album with contemporary Japanese music...
