When I try to log into my account through https://l-tike.com/lweb/login?p_transPageId=1 I fail. I receive "お客様のご利用環境では

BUT if I log in through https://www.hmv.co.jp/members/ first and then open https://l-tike.com I'm already logged in there and problem is solved.

That's not true. I just checked with my ordinary account and was able to proceed through all steps up to "confirm your order", so I was 1 button away from completing the order. You don't need any special account for this lottery.
