I did. Got the tickets, my card was blocked :C now I feel like I've just wasted my money T^T

I don't remember seeing this and am afraid they are saying this because the seats that were reserved for general sales are sh*t uhahuauh
EDIT2: ARGH I CAN'T APPLY FOR THE TOKYO FINAL T^T since I applied before and didn't win they've blocked me :'( I officially hate my dad for the rest of my life. guess I'll have to wait for resales and pay like a thousand dollars for final's tickets? :'(
