I hate XOXO so I never listen to it. Lol. But I still wouldn’t consider it as blatant as the effect DJ Amaya uses or the effect in NaNaNa. Like, it’s not as choppy. For example, when she says “Have (fun)” she hits two different notes when voicing the ‘a,’ but they blend into each other. It’s like there’s a blanket around her voice, which gives off a very different impression, imo.
