Except for 2 dates which fall during the Golden Week period of Japan , the other Koda Kumi Fanclub Tour ~AND~ concert dates are taking place during the weekend
So if you want to ballot a chance for Nagoya dates in May (assuming a 2nd round of ticket balloting might open) , it will be hard
I don't know for Hiroshima & Sapporo but you have to specially take a domestic flight to Sapporo but it wouldn't be any easier
If all else fails , there's always a small chance that some fans will sell their tickets at the venue on the day of the concert you plan to attend but that's very risky and I personally never tried that before
