I don't know for Hiroshima & Sapporo but you have to specially take a domestic flight to Sapporo but it wouldn't be any easier
If all else fails , there's always a small chance that some fans will sell their tickets at the venue on the day of the concert you plan to attend but that's very risky and I personally never tried that before

damn...well ill keep an eye out for a 2nd round of tickets and maybe consider going to the venue since I'm planning to arrive at Osaka directly... So sad I might be so close but so far from seeing her live this year.
