Yes, do the presale day before the concert! I was there an hour before it opened and there were still a ton of people ahead, but everything was available and I got all the items I wanted. Took about 20-30 minutes to get to the table once they opened, so I recommend getting there early. But it's not like a concert day where you'd have to be there hours before to beat the sell outs
