If you're unsure where to look in the shop , just ask the staff . If not best is to show the photo of the artiste or a particular CD you want to buy then they will be able to direct you easily
Also if you spend 5,000 Yen & above for us foreign visitors to Japan , you don't need to pay tax . Just make sure you present your passport to the counter before you made payment
Talking about this , I missed the days in here where I can go Tower Records to buy any JPop releases so freely D: x_x
