Isn't that child the baby she once held, and people on AHS started speculating how great/happy Ayu would be if she had a baby on her own? It caused a meltdown, and an ethical discussion about feminism even... iirc

Nevertheless, wow. If that is the same child, time flies! She grows up fast!
