Not surprised CD + DVD B cover is voted the best out of the 3 . What I'm surprised is that not a lot of Nico Nama users like CD + DVD A cover :O
Ironically when DAIGO was holding the physical CD only cover in his hands , that explained the 2nd jump in % for it in the 2nd poll xD
