On the topic of Ku releasing so much more than ayu while touring despite having essentially an overall busier life than ayu, I think it has a lot to do with how they both reached superstardom. I’m not saying ayu hasn’t had struggles in her life but she said way back when she never had this undying desire to be a singer. Like she kind of fell into it and then fell in love with it. And she took off relatively early in her career - almost an instant smash.
Ku on the other hand had a real struggle reaching her superstardom phase. She struggled in the industry with pleasing those around her and their demands of her, so I think she has a stronger drive to continue running forward on that path after the gates finally opened for her. She’s a lot more “eager” than ayu.
It’s almost like the stars were already naturally aligned for ayu. Ku had to play a few rounds of poker before she finally acquired the right hand.
