Those are easy accesible seats for families with kids to keep them out of the masses. Usually they're somewhere on the sides, the last two tours they were at the sides of the front rows (remember the DVD recording were Kuu went to the kids with parents to do highfive with them - those are family seats).
But you don't even have to consider those seats if you don't have a kid.
