Ayu's Comments

Here's my translation of what Ayu said under the "Ayu's Comments." I tried to make them as understandable as possible:

Track00 -
Although there are no lyrics yet, it is still a beautiful piece of music.

Track01 - everlasting dream
The first song melody in the album appeared in nature and when I heard it, I wanted it to be made into a song immediatly.

Track02 - WE WISH
WE WISH is a strong tune. It isn't only vocals and a melody, but it has a stronger and rougher vocal than usual. Doesn't this feature carefully emphasize the kana language?

Track03 - Real me
Although I'm the type who seldom thickens the chorus, as for Real me the chorus is a "van van" touch from the peculiar world. Therefore, it took more time to complete the task than usual as if it's a seed.

Track04 - Free & Easy
"Holding also the freely-attached responsibility, we would like to become the human who can keep living . We would like to become yourself where such words matches with the person -- being Free and Easy." Ayu was drawn to this and wanted to write about it. When the song was close to completion, the melody was adjusted to demonstrate suffering from hardship.

Track05 - Heartplace
If the recording cirumstances includes entering a vocal booth, singing at different tones, everything comes out! But this time, the I sang a little, heard it come out, and felt it. You work with the flow whenever the orgin is different. There is such meaning and impressive tunes in the music.


Track06 - Over
Although it was written in a hotel, the melodramatic English was not easily decided. Various ways of singing were tried and the present one fitted the best.

Track07 - HANABI
When making the 3 songs for "H," we wanted to have a tune that expressed "a sadly ended summer" and HANABI was the result.

Track08 - taskinllusion
Since this album had a certain meaning and unification that wasn't settled, I thought that the monochrome should be touched up around the middle. This is the magic! It was thought to be, and is, an illusion. (smile)

Track09 - everywhere nowhere
Hearing the music and the arrangement for the first time, I knew it would be added into the album. The lyrics were still being formed and touches were added that were never done in the past.

Track10 - July 1st
July 1st has bright lyrics and a minor melody. It surprised me how the world's view of this was beginning to come out like a seed.

Track11 - Dolls
At the time the music was completed, "the picture of a rapid blooming flower spreading out far" became "making a flower bloom beautifully" by adding lyrics rapidly. It completed the expression because it emphasized the delicate Japanese image.

Track12 - neverending dream
The strikings in the music is also the feel of H Lamda L's magic. You think that by inserting this tune in the album order, you look for the increasing strikes although they're not detailed.Since the melody strikes were synthesized, they were also beautiful and decided to record them that way.

Track13 - Voyage

Track14 - Close to you
It's my Christmas song. When the Christmas touch was added, it felt more like "Close to you." Is it good even with Christmas kana? You think it is, but the language feels whole and important without change.

Track15 - independent+
Should kana have been used? With independent as a base it became stronger and longer. When you hear it I want you to see and hear pleasure. (laughing) I had tasuku, 2 managers, school gang leader, Hamo Hamo Boys & Girls who came in the summer, and friends who participated at my side during the chorus. It follows as a theme song to the ending of "Ayu Ready?" over the summer for some who understand kana.
