Well the hate comments obviously do, so she must read and scroll through them.
Ayu's has presented herself as an artist who has an interest in fan suggestions (i.e. Mirrorcle World becoming a full track), it doesn't seem like such a strange occurrence, particularly if it is being written by many fans.
