No idea to be honest.
In my opinion, she's saying that because she had to scrap her Tibetan album for some reason. She released a single last year, announced her Tibetan album, recorded lots of songs, but nothing came out of it... (except for a few Mandarin singles for movies and dramas)
Since she's producing herself, and the fact that she's not "big" in China, I guess she has to do some sacrifices in order to keep releasing music
