It's interesting to see what's happening in the music scene.
Spotify got bigger in Japan, the numbers of plays on the daily charts rose from around 25k a day to 45k a day for the top 3 songs.
Though that's still pretty small in number compared to other countries - in the US top songs have around 1.5 million plays a day, in Britain around 450k and in Germany around 400k and so on (only domestic accounts are counted for those chart, while the total amount of plays of a song must be international).

But Ai no Uta is simply stable in streaming numbers on Spotify.
The song already had around 5k plays a day a year ago - so if you count 5k a day for a year, being at 3.3 now is logical.

Billboard also announced they're going to release a regular global Top 100 chart - based only on streaming and digital downloads. Which basically means Japan won't pop up there, cause in 2018 it still was about 80% physical and 20% digital/streaming. Only someone like Aimyon has a chance because of her streaming numbers or if Kenshi Yonezu has another hit like Lemon which took off over youtube and digital donwloads.

Btw. the 07+13 as a pair for a hint to her 20th Anni was intentional. Her Twitter account answered to posts like that:
