But I've asked a friend living in Japan to help me out when the public sales come around and hopefully she'll be able to help me score tickets from the convenience stores!
Can someone elaborate on how the public sales work? I understand that you can ballot online as well and you can purchase straight from convenience stores?
Or say for example, if I were to use my friend's address and phone number for the public ballot, and then pay in cash when I get the tickets from the convenience stores, would that work as well?
