Brittany, that's not very nice.
BoA's trying very hard. Even 3 years after her debut, she is a big star in Japan, and I don't think she has an accent when singing Japanese, but she does sometimes when she talks. Who cares though? She's a great singer and has many fans who love her.
To answer your question, BoA's been in China a few time already. Recently, with the Channel [V] Summer Shake concert. It takes time....she just stepped into China. It's gonna be a while before she becomes a big star.
