General sale for directly purchasing a ticket at Lawson online or a Loppi machine in stores starts August 3.
As jiarogisme pointed out, there's still the link on her official website for pre-application and the 2nd pre-sale lottery from Lawson starting July 13.

Haha, yeah, it surely is. After being a big fan for 13 years that info just piled up without me realizing somebody else could use it someday. But already spoke with Diane and we're putting it up on WKKW with what she has.
Just needs some time.
