This photo looks fake to me, but if this turns out to be really true, I will seriously question if she has gone insane and probably lose all respect for her.

I do agree with the first part of your post, however I still think that if they are both having fun and are happy they shouldn’t be judged for that. You learn by making mistakes, so if this blows up Pei will have a valuable lesson of not getting involved with his boss again!
