Maybe he's an exception too? But even if I'm very mature of my age, I still believe the average 20-year-old is old enough to decide who they are dating.

I know... But as I mentioned - how much of a "boss" is she really? Of course, she is the top of the cake, but she still works with them side by side. Unless it's a "come in to my office tonight and I'll give you a raise", I don't see the problem lol.
I guess I just think the "don't date your boss" thing is old school. People should basically date whoever they want, as long as it's legal and they're not hurting anyone.
