When you all say Ayu is the BOSS it sounds like she works in an old traditional conservative company dealing with paperwork and boring stuff everyday lol Is not like she is the owner of a company and he's the intern. People do date in the work environment all the time and, we've seen singers dating theirs dancers/staff all the time. They spend more time with their crew/co-workers than with "regular people" so it happens. What's the big deal? Just get over the age thing, if you guys didn't noticed we're in 2019! Hope she enjoys her vacation!
