Yupe, like njanjayrp's advice, call your issuance bank ask for reason, could be they block what they consider suspicious transactions.
Did mine once (some kind of online subscription - monthly), transaction blocked then I call my bank and they removed the red flag on that transaction and no more trouble in all future charge until I cancel.
