Ah I read it wrong, you don´t need ticket for the Mikuji, but for winning the meet&greet.
This info is only written on the TA page/mail though

Yeah that whould be much cooler, but maybe japanese fans are more likley to be statisfied with such conditions so they scale up the number in cost of the better experience.
