It's the Mandarin version of the Tibetan single you posted, 情缘 Predestined Love. Part of the lyrics come from a poem by 6th Dalai Lama, Tsangyang Gyatso.

On another note, it's mentioned on QQ that Tibetan single 情缘 Predestined Love is the 2nd song off her upcoming Tibetan album !
