As weird as this sounds, I'm happy Timmy can openly criticize Ayu's work without worrying about losing his job or something. A repeated statement about Ayu for years now is that she's surrounded by "yes men" so it's almost refreshing to hear this, although obviously disappointing that he feels that way.
