Looks like SINGING IN THE RAIN was supposed to be released on October 8th in the first place ? I wonder if they released it out of the blue a week earlier because of BAD LADY's "bad buzz" ?
Her staff has also added English subs to the MV (they weren't there a few hours ago when I watched the MV).
