I do not understand avex don't they wish to make more $ from people living outside of Japan ?
If the contents included in both mini albums could be offensive then that's different
It's almost the same as how Sony Japan behave in region blocking their artistes' videos on YouTube which luckily now they realised how pointless it was for them to do this in the 1st place
