I'm fairly sure. I just ordered a bunch of merchandise from mu-mo a short while ago and had no issues with that so I'm pretty sure the AMV is the reason. It's the only thing that makes any sense to me anyways. The songs and other MVs are on the non-FC editions and can be shipped overseas without any issues.
