Kumi released two effin expensive FC albums this year plus she held an arena tour and sold lots of goodies, I'm pretty sure she provided to avex one of the biggest incomes of the year lol Plus, she's selling less than she used BUT for sure she is selling more than many older solo singers, like Miliyah, BENI and such. I think she's safe. Saying her name and ayu's as if they were to be dropped was a clear bait.

I'd worry about avex having less budget for her next projects rather than Kumi being dropped, so I'm kinda expecting 2021 to be a year with fewer releases and more concert-driven, a la 2016. Maybe a residence/tour project.
