According to Johnny's & Associates, Nakajima had a sore throat followed by a fever on the evening of the 19th. After conducting a PCR test, he was confirmed positive for the virus on the 20th. He will be recuperating and isolating at home for the time being.
After Nakajima's positive diagnosis, the other members of Hey! Say! JUMP were tested as well but all received negative results.
Moreover, Nakajima will be absent from the group's performance in 'TV Asahi Dream Festival 2022' on the 24th.
