I'm definitely hearing some live autotuning going on in the chorusus. Thought it migh be due to the upscaling but it's noticable in the bilibili version as well.
Is this something she's been doing more often in recent times? And/or is it common in jpop today?

I don't want to criticize. From a promotional viewpunt this seems to be a smart move and it really was a solid performance.
