Actually I think the PV takes alot of its theme from the german silent movie "Metropolis".

The fact that they're dancing could take from Madonna's "Express Yourself" video and Janet Jackson's "Rhythm Nation" video, both of which are well-known for being slightly based on aspects of "Metropolis".
What the video is trying to say is that dancing pop stars can be strong too, but the higher-ups at labels often won't listen to them and let them do their art the way they want to. Many pop stars you see are talentless, but some of them just have talent that's hindered by record labels trying to make money rather than promote real artists.
The rebel ayu doesn't actually walk away at the end. She's destroyed and tossed into the pile of dead bare dolls.
