Arashi establishes a brand new company

Arashi announced on April 10 that they have established a brand new company.
The members of Arashi, Aiba Masaki, Matsumoto Jun, Ninomiya Kazunari, Ohno Satoshi, and Sakurai Sho, released an announcement via STARTO ENTERTAINMENT's official website stating, "At this time, we are pleased to announce that the five of us as Arashi have established a brand new company."
They added, "We made our debut in 1999, so this year marks our 25th year. All of us members have also entered our 40's. More than ever, we hope to be independent, making decisions and acting independently. Moreover, we want our fans to feel closer to us than ever. We want to be more proactive than ever. With that in mind, the five of us discussed over and over again to establish a new company."
Finally, they commented, "Meanwhile, there is only so much that the five of us can do. At times, we will rely on the power of the staff that have walked alongside us all of these years, but we hope to begin preparations for the future."
