i dun think this sentence means that she release a english album of concentration 20 in U.S ..^_^;
it means that her 'concentration 20' album was released into U.S, Australia, taiwan etc and ppl outside Japan started noticed her.....it's sometime like overseas version of the album shipped outside Japan and all over the world....not a english one
