Jonathan Peters' kanariya remix is the one on the USA analog release, AND it's the one in the video. So they'd be likely to play that. (BTW, call it "kanariya (Canary)", not just kanariya, because that's what it's called in the usa.) I know kanariya is a relatively old song but the analog didn't come out too long ago, especially by american standards of old/new.

As for the "Connected" video, the review of it in NewType USA makes it a fairly well-known video here compared to some of her others. The anime-invasion here would help push that up.

Also, we'd have to all vote about a million times (it takes literally THOUSANDS of votes to get on that show) for it to make it. We'll have to set up a specific date and then let everyone know.
True, yet wouldn't it be a better option to have at least a few words contained within a song that people understand? I'm not saying your opinion is false, but judging by the current Latin music trend the music is more successful if there is a bit of English within them, therefore Real me is also a great option.

To be honest, at times I think TRL is completely "fixed." There are times when videos from the early 90s make it onto there out of the blue and then you never see them again. I haven't watched the show since the beginning of last year so I'm not sure if this trend still continues, yet it makes me a bit suspicious about how many votes are real and how many votes are fixed.

ETA: So the entire TRL idea is bogus. It's not worth trying to get Ayu on a teenybopper show that's beyond fake. Even if Ayu has a million votes, the MTV execs wouldn't dare to air her videos. It's pointless.
