I hear that plenty of people not famous for their singing talent, like Britney Spears and the Spice Girls, sang live because it was SNL. Even more than the lipsynching, it was the classless way Ashlee handled this that made me dislike her. She didn't have the guts to tell them to stop and then start the song all over again, this time live, she just left the band there with no explanation. And later? She blames her band. Fake.

But when I first saw it I didn't think so much of that. It was more "oh this is just too funny!"

I have a link to a great remix of Ashlee's SNL appearance. Should I make a YSI download and start a thread in the Off Topics forum?
