It lacks the emotional rawness that drew me to her music in the first place; I remember looping "Sign" and "ryuuseigun" repeatedly the first time I heard them. Not that "sodatsu zassou" isn't good, just that it lacks the familiar characteristic of Oni's music I'm used to. And her Japanese fans aren't all too happy - I talked to my friend, and she says her Japanese friend says that there are many Oni fans unhappy with her drastic change and who hope she goes back to the shy, earnest figure she was.
But still, I'm buying.
