Make your owns sound/samples with a delay effect
and loop them record repeat and loops another sound create patterns and notes...
or just cut a sample you want and repeat it how many ever times you want to use it.
A good creative way is to use sound samples as beats. Like for example door slamming. Like on every 4th down beat when programming or recording the percussion add it in.
