Personally, I think Hilary Duff is better. I think Lindsey Lohan is a bit too fake for me, Hilary seems more natural or more herself. I've seen her concert DVD and I've sometimes watched Lizzy Maquire, so I guess I'm more used to her. Plus shes pretty funny, a girl that can make me laugh wins my heart lol
