that's a tough question to answer. it really does depend on which period of namie style that you like. I haven't heard Concentration 20, but I would assume that album would lean more toward the dance genre. Genius 2000 would probably be pop...ish (I noticed a lot of slow songs on that one anyway, but they're all great, on the real!), and Break the Rules would have to be some sort of hybrid hip hop/pop genre. From the 2 albums I've heard, IMO, I'd have to say that I enjoyed the Genius 2000 album much more than Break the Rules (too many english lyrics), even though some nice songs came from it (like Break the Rules and better days). Good luck and I hope you choose one that you can truly enjoy for a really long time.
