no, i think that maybe if a first one hadn't been released it would be okay to release one now. the first one didn;t really make sense... she hadn't been on the scene long enough to really create a BEST one, in my opinion. only three albums to choose from and one new single! now that she has six full-length albums under her belt as well as a mini album, i think it would be a good idea to relase one now. but since she already released the first one, it would just be a bad idea.
